Who is this for

Made for patients short on time — not short on care

Routine follow-ups

Blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, weight-management reviews and other ongoing treatment check-ins where a face-to-face video is all that's needed.

Report reviews

Share your lab reports on WhatsApp before the call. Your doctor reviews them with you on video and advises the next steps or prescription changes.

Busy schedules & travel

Working professionals, elderly patients who find travel difficult, and regular patients who are out of Delhi — consult from wherever you are.

Right care, right setting

What teleconsultation is best suited for

Good for video consultation

  • Follow-up of ongoing treatment and chronic conditions
  • Discussion of lab and imaging reports
  • Prescription review and renewal (as per telemedicine guidelines)
  • Minor ailments — cough, cold, fever queries, skin concerns
  • Second opinions and pre-visit guidance
  • Vaccination and preventive-health advice

Please visit in person / emergency care

  • Chest pain, breathing difficulty, or severe injury
  • Sudden weakness of face, arm or leg, or slurred speech
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe abdominal pain, high fever with drowsiness
  • Any condition your doctor feels needs physical examination

No emergency consultations are offered on video. In case of an emergency, do not wait for a slot — please visit the ER / urgent care of your nearest hospital or call an ambulance immediately.

Common questions

Before you book

What are the video consultation timings?
Video slots are available 6–8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday consultations are by prior appointment only — message us on WhatsApp in advance to arrange one. No emergency consultations are offered at any time.
What is the consultation fee?
The fee is ₹2,000 for a 5-minute video consultation, payable in advance. Once your slot is confirmed on WhatsApp, our team shares the payment options (UPI / online transfer). Your appointment is confirmed on receipt of payment.
Why is the consultation limited to 5 minutes?
Teleconsultations are designed as focused, structured sessions — this keeps slots running on time for every patient. Five minutes is sufficient for a follow-up, a report review, or a prescription renewal when your reports are shared in advance. If your concern needs a detailed discussion or a physical examination, the doctor will advise an in-clinic appointment, where there is more time for an in-depth evaluation.
Will I get a prescription?
Yes. Where clinically appropriate, a signed digital prescription is sent to you on WhatsApp or email after the consultation, in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. Certain medicines cannot be prescribed over teleconsultation and may require an in-person visit.
What do I need for the video call?
A smartphone with a working camera, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-lit place to sit. Keep your recent reports, current medicine strips, and a list of your questions ready.
Can I book for a family member?
Yes. You can book on behalf of a parent, child, or family member. Please mention the patient's name and age when you message us, and ensure the patient is present during the video consultation.
Is my consultation private?
Yes. Your consultation and medical records are treated with the same confidentiality as an in-clinic visit and are used only for your care.
